PureTTS provides a free, browser-based text-to-speech utility utilizing the open-source Kokoro-82M neural model. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The underlying Kokoro model is licensed under the permissive Apache 2.0 license. You retain full ownership of the text you provide and the audio files you synthesize. You are free to use your generated audio in personal, educational, creative, and commercial projects (including YouTube videos, audiobooks, and podcasts).
You agree not to use the service to generate illegal speech, deceptive audio intended for unauthorized voice impersonation, fraud, or harassment.
